Dear fellow members: 

I  submitted proposal for the 2020-2021 Budget with the other independent members to the Financial Secretary, Mr CHAN Mo-po, Paul on 6 Jan 2020 . As the tourism industry is facing unprecedented difficulties, my proposal requested the coming Budget to allocate further resources for the industry as to alleviate the pressure on the industry.
