I met with the Financial Secretary, Mr CHAN Mo-po, Paul on 8th January and submitted a proposal for the 2018 Budget.

I suggested the Government to make good use of the opportunities provided by the Belt and Road, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and also increase the promotion funding of the HKTB. Besides, I also suggested to waive or reduce the license fees for tourism-related industry and continue to provide training and information technology support to the trade.
